Since I was a child, I’ve always been filled with big, existential questions. They naturally led me toward healing, spirituality, and personal growth. At just 10 years old, through dance, I became fascinated by the body and started to sense the subtle language of energy. I began to understand how deeply our emotions affect our well-being.
Along the way, inspiring people crossed my path and guided me toward more clarity and meaning. And by the time I turned 19, my personal and spiritual journey pushed me to step off the beaten path and fully commit to the world of healing stones, astrology, and holistic well-being.

Since 2011, I’ve been developing an innovative approach to crystal therapy through my company Cristaux & Couleurs in Paris, where I’ve supported thousands of people over more than 15 years of practice. Immersed in the world of crystals, astrology, and therapeutic work, I gradually anchored my calling: guiding others through deep inner transformation.
My expertise has grown and been shared through books, talks, trainings, and one-on-one sessions. Today, I support people who want to (re)discover themselves in a new way by listening to the subtle language of crystals and the stars.
